Chas Christiansen and Josh Rovner for Roulant Clothing. Nice edit that makes you want to ride.
A nice edit from the 2014 Berliner Fahrradschau, including some shots of the first Rad Race. Enjoy!
In one of the best cities in the world is one of the best bike shows in the world. Last weekend we went AWOL to Berliner Fahrradschau / Berlin Bike Show in Germany. A small bicycle show with a real soul. The show took place the 4th time this year – first time with Specialized, first time with AWOL and nothing but a success!
Having started as a small show featuring tiny but highly interesting and innovative brands from Germany, the show turned to enlarge its gravity to a European scale in this 4th year, even attracting bigger type brands now. The whole show character is less about business, but more about “living the lifestyle” which visitors coming to the show seem to embrace – so the exhibitors.
Besides a full range of side activities like bikepolo, pumptrack, dirt jump, a cyclocross race, trail & BMX action, there was also an exhibition area with unique and interesting pieces from a private bicycle collection.
The Saturday night highlight of the show was “Bicycle Cinema”, a show topic where 11 shortmovies about bicycles were shown. Melons, Trucks and Angry Dogs was featured as the opener to this event, which was the European Premiere public screening of our documentary. The e r t z u i guys and R were stoked about how well known the documentary already is..
Thanks for the cheers and claps!
